Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 2–3 days depending on the type of product. If the specified time has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- The product must be unused, clean, and in the same condition as received.
- The original packaging must not be damaged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Brand Warranty Products
Products such as Boya, Jmary, Ronin, Faster, or any item with a brand-provided warranty are not returnable. However, they may be exchanged within 2–3 days after the parcel is received.
- Warranty claims or repairs for branded products will take 15–20 days to process.
Damaged or Broken Products
If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must provide clear video evidence of the unboxing/issue to qualify for an exchange.
Non-Branded Products
Non-branded products can be returned within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery/shipping charges for returned products will be paid by the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
- Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items, subject to the above conditions.
