SHIPPING HUB

All your orders are packed and shipped from our facility situated in Arifwala. Your package stays in our facility for 1 day, after which it is assigned to our logistic partners to be sorted and sent to relevant stations for delivery.

SHIPPING COST

We are committed to providing the best value to our customers. Therefore, Lasasta offers Free Shipping for any order over Rs. 1,000/- across Pakistan.
(Note: Shipping charges will be Rs. 200/- only on orders under Rs 1,000/-)

SHIPPING SYSTEM

We understand it’s very difficult to wait for your favorite product. To minimize this time, we use top-tier services offered by leading logistic providers.

  1. WITHIN CITY SERVICE
    Orders within Arifwala will be delivered within 24 hours.
  2. PUNJAB DELIVERY
    Other cities within Punjab will be completed within 24-48 hours.
  3. NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
    Provinces other than Punjab will be completed within 3 to 4 working days.
    (Note: Delivery can take longer due to political/weather conditions or in Out of Service Areas).

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers can easily keep track of their order status by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website. The tracking number will be texted/emailed to you shortly after the package is dispatched.

SHIPMENT CHECKING

We do not offer “Open Delivery” (checking shipment before payment) as this delays the riders. However, all items delivered are covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

PAYMENT METHODS & RULES

Payment will be authorized after a confirmation call or WhatsApp message with the customer.

  • Cash On Delivery (COD): Available nationwide.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: Available.

⚠️ Important Payment Rules:

  1. A 4% Tax applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders as per the Budget 2025 Act.
  2. Advance Payment: Orders above PKR 5,000 require a PKR 1,000 advance payment, which will be adjusted in the total bill.
